Wahta maintains a number of roads and facilities on the territory. This includes some 16 km of road, community buildings and rental facilities.
Bart Holmes and Thomas Stock are custodians for all buildings and are responsible for duties from maintaining floors to doing emergency repairs and grounds keeping. Both Bart and Thomas live in Wahta.
