Hall Rental
Our facility features beautiful cedar logs throughout designed in a "longhouse" style and atmosphere. Theres are four different rooms for rent. The main hall is 2535 sq. feet featuring a full kitchen and 10 washrooms. There is also a council chambers (round room) with rounded skylights approx 617 sq. feet for smaller gatherings, a conference room approx. 372 sq. feet as well as a training room for larger purposes, approx. 868 sq. feet. Facility Policy

All facility and equipment rentals are at the discretion of the Wahta Mohawks Council
2.All rates and policies are subject to change.
3.A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required for a date to be reserved.
4. Payment in full and finalization of all arrangements is required 14 days prior to your event.
5. A $200.00 cleaning/damage deposit is required 14 days prior to your event. This deposit will be returned less any extra-ordinary cleaning, damage,
repairs, or replacement costs.
6. Wahta Mohawks staff will do required setup. Renters may not use ladders, equipment, power tools, or other devices unless prior approval in
writing is received. Renters may only apply decorations that do not damage finishes. Rice and confetti are prohibited.
7. Renters are responsible for obtaining permits for alcohol service. Such permits musmust be obtained and a copy attached to the contract
before alcoholic beverages may be used.
8. A signed contract for all rentals is required detailing room assignments, equipment requirements.
9. Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
10. Renters are also responsible for the actions of their guests and any damage they may do.
11. Wahta Mohawks Council is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by renters or guests.
12. Wahta Mohawks Council is not liable for any damages suffered if the facility is unavailable to rent by any unforeseeable situation other
than to refund rental fees.
